Dear Friends:
Don't get caught up in current events or rumors. Negative Energy only clouds the really important issue, YOU! Your Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Ability are all that matter. They are your future success and security. Leave the politics aside by understanding that Certifications, Diplomas, and Advanced Training Transcripts are simply pieces of paper.
Many graduates have obtained those "Pieces of Paper" at great expense and effort and yet can't even turn a screwdriver or drive a nail. That may be in sharp contrast to what those certificates suggest.
About your future, adopt a Common Sense and Practical Approach. It always works! Leave the glitz and glamour for the Hollywood types. Core technical knowledge is of little use unless you have the wisdom to know how to use it and when to apply it.
People sometimes boast that "Knowledge is Power" and that we should grab all that we can get even when we have not been properly prepared. That Knowledge may be worthless without the wisdom to know what to do with it, and provide the action or the motivation to put it to work for us.
Don't allow foolish fear to limit your action or to disable you. Instead, apply your energy to exactly what is most important for you, bettering yourself. Who knows, some unknowing types may even tell us to burn our textbooks soon because they don't have the glamour of the multi-media classroom.
Licenses, Designations, and Certifications are "EARNED" from the agency that issues their specific credential. Anyone who advises you that your earned credentials will not be recognized or valid has a private agenda that cares only about control at the expense of your future. Every step you take, private, public, or otherwise, gets you closer to your destination. Just keep moving!
