Dear Friends and Associates:
This letter will serve to update you regarding educational opportunities that may be of interest to yourself, a friend, or an associate. Since 1976 I have personally been involved in advancing the Education and Skill Levels of Technicians, Operating Engineers, Electricians, Mechanics, and Contractors through advanced Technical Training, Career Coaching, Special Certifications, and Licensing Credentials.
Circumstances being what they are, not much has really changed over the years. Actually, industry demands for specialized skills, certifications, and your competency are constantly expanding. EPA Refrigerant Handlers Certification has been a priority of ours and for our industry since the Montreal Protocol first began to evolve in 1987. In the technical work environment of today, it remains the dominant Certification of your qualifications and experience within the HVAC/R industry.
With over 9,800 successful EPA section 608 certifications behind us, our legendary all-in-one day live multi-media based training programs, our own dedicated training manual, and our on-line Practice Examination's, we have demonstrated that we have what it takes to get certifications completed efficiently and effectively. Our PASS rates are nearly double the national average for Universal Technician Certification, the first time out.
Attached are registration documents for our EPA section 608 and R410A Certification programs or re-exam/upgrade programs that are conducted in conjunction with Ferris State University. For those of you that already hold a Universal EPA 608 (HVAC) Certification, know that there is always another level. Consider your next level(s) of competency that include the NEW Mandatory Safety Certification for R410A Refrigerant, (Alternative for R-22) and/or obtaining the EPA 609 Certification for Mobile Air Conditioning systems.
(aka Automotive Certification)
The EPA section 609 mobile air conditioning certification process utilizes a simple self-study guide booklet followed by a take-at-home, mail-in, open-book certification examination. Offered in conjunction with ASE, Automotive Service Excellence, this certification enables you to purchase refrigerants in 1-pound containers and provide maintenance or repair services on motor vehicle AC's.
For our many friends that work in the Appliance Service Industry, we now offer in conjunction with Ferris State University a simplified take-at-home examination. It is an open-book examination, offered strictly for the Type I (Small Appliance) certification level only. Please contact Dom Aricchi for ordering details, 973-228-1221.
We Look Forward To Our Continued Participation With Your Growth and Future Success:
